As part of our commitment to safety and transparency, please know that:
1) Once booking is confirmed, you need to provide a photo of your id and sign our agreement on your digital boarding pass link within 48 hrs.
2) Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must agree with Casa Sofia`s rules and with the maximum capacity of 10 people. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
3) Reservations at Casa Sofia must be booked directly by the guest staying; bookings made for third parties are not allowed.
4) Casa Sofia is in a residential area and we respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:30PM and 8:30AM. Please note that parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in fines and immediate eviction without a refund.
* For the safety and security of all guests, please be aware that there are outdoor surveillance cameras in place throughout the premises. There are no surveillance cameras indoor nor hidden. For your convenience, you can see them on the monitor provided in the laundry room. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities.
* We welcome families with children to Casa Sofia. Please note that our pool is unfenced and near a cliff, for their safety, children must be supervised at ALL times.
* Casa Sofia features a very low fence near the cliff, offering stunning views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. While this fence provides a sense of boundary, we want to emphasize that it may not provide 100% security. We kindly ask to exercise caution and supervise children at ALL times.
*We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any coverage you may need in case of any unforeseen travel disruptions.
