The neighborhood is quiet and nearby neighbors are very welcoming.

Beaches, restaurants, bakery are walking distance.
Car recommended to get around Aguada.

10 minutes away from Rincon and Aguadilla towns.
The nearest airport is Rafael Hernandez International Airport (BQN) and is 20 minutes away from our apartment.

Please note that the beach directly in front of the apartment is not ideal for swimming due to natural reef formations and strong currents. However, it’s perfect for activities like surfing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding for those with experience in the ocean.

If you're looking to swim or enjoy calmer waters, beautiful swimmable beaches are just a few minutes away by car.
No loud noise after 9:00pm. Please respect the noise curfew (9:00pm – 9:00am).
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
No parties or events without host consent.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No unregistered guest allowed.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
LOST KEYS: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ($75.00).
LOST REMOTE CONTROLS: Lost remote controls like A/C, TV Control remote, fans, including the gate's remote control, incur a replacement fee ($100.00 each).
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the room.
Please bag and dispose of waste in the trashcan outside.
When checking out: Please leave the apartment clean and organized and throw away the trash.
Leave the key/gate remote control in the lock-box.
WEATHER: There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
LOST ITEMS: Valuable items left behind by the renter will be held for the renter and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the renter for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 1 month they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be held liable for condition of said items.
Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers. This is a family friendly property. Children, infants are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Checking-in before 4pm is not allowed unless previously coordinated ($100 fee). Checkout is at 11am. Please be considerate as our staff needs to clean the unit for the next guests; everyone wants to arrive to a clean house.
Guests are responsible for keeping the house in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their reservation. Additional cleanings are available upon request. Please schedule with as much notice as possible.
Guest will be charged the total cost to replace any missing or damaged items during their reservation. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE GUESTS.
Guest agrees to know and pay for following fees if any rules are broken: a. Smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking b. Late checkout: $100 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late c. Long term reservations will be charged an additional Service Fee Cleaning after every 7 days.
ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
A violation of the House Rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
