Communication was prompt—the hotel reached out right after I made my reservation to confirm my ETA and ask if I needed to book a shuttle. Shout-out to the front desk team, especially Vincente and João, for their excellent recommendations on places to eat and visit, and for making accommodations to store my luggage and insulin. A special thank you as well to Màrcia and the restaurant staff for their warm interactions and great service! I will definitely be staying here again! Conveniently located within walking distance of Ponta Delgada’s main attractions. I appreciated the warm hospitality of this hotel!"

"This hotel is in an amazing location to enjoy the beach, or to enjoy the gorgeous pool and patio overlooking the beach. Wonderful beach and boardwalk walking, good restaurant on site and others that are walkable. The indoor pool and spa area are large and clean and lovely as well."

"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and even assisted with valet parking, which made everything so easy. Everyone we met was professional and friendly, but a special thank you goes to Ines at the front desk. She welcomed us with a smile, helped us get settled, and went above and beyond to arrange restaurant reservations and recommend things to see and do around the island. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the manager, who was extremely personable and genuinely interested in making sure guests were enjoying their stay. His approachability and warm conversation added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, and the view overlooking the marina was absolutely beautiful — waking up to it each morning was unforgettable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Ponta Delgada on foot. This was my first time in São Miguel, and it will definitely not be my last. We would absolutely choose this hotel again when we return."

"One of nicest hotels that i stayed. Originally I booked room with out terrace, but without any problem i was given room with terrace looking over pool area. Food is excellent, breakfast was delightful, great choice of hot and cold food. Restaurant is serving lunch and dinner and choice is good. Rooms are good size with nice bathroom. Overall hotel is in excellent condition,5 minutes from harbour and lot of restaurants in walking distances. Only little thing is there is not enough parking spaces it first come first served. "
