"ホテルはすべてが綺麗で、掃除も行き届いている。 ロケーションも申し分なく、とても便利なホテル。 スタッフも丁寧でにこやか。 英語が話せないスタッフに掃除は要らないと頼んだところ、フロントデスクから「掃除は要らないとのことで間違いないですか？」と確認の電話があったほど、丁寧な対応。 しかし、Hotels.com に登録してあるクレジットカードとは別のカードでデポジットを払うとチェックインの時に依頼したが、Hotels.com に登録してあるカードで処理されており、チェックアウト時に変更してもらったが、かなりの時間がかかったことが残念。 "
