「The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.」

「About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

「We stayed in Mojácar playa in a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse . It was in a slightly hilly location so not for people with walking difficulties really . It has a community pool nearly and the beach was a 5 minute walk away . There was plenty of good restaurants and bars near by. We stayed for 11 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay . 「Mi experiencia ha sido favorable !! Hay que decir que según los comentarios que había leído desfavorable me dio miedo alquilarlo !! Pero después de hablar con el propietario Alan me decidí y no me arrepiento !! La urbanización tranquila y bonita , tiene varías piscinas que puedes usar igual que varias puertas para acceder a la urbanización según te pille !! La playa está a cinco minutos exactos de reloj andando. En cuestión de limpieza por mi parte no le pongo pega . Tiene todo lo necesario...

「We vonden het heel leuk om daar te verblijven. De weinige buren die daar wonen zijn allemaal heel vriendelijke mensen. Enkel spijtig dat er geen vaatwasser aanwezig was in het huisje, wat maakt dat we alle dagen moesten afwassen met de hand en zeker in ons geval, voor een lang verblijf. Dat vond ik wel spijtig, gezien de prijs die we moesten betalen.」

「The house feels a bit tired inside, there is no air con and no wifi, a dated kitchen and a gas bottle that you have to turn on then off again for hot water. But the location is great, there are lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the views and eat and drink at and a great private pool.」

「The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work .」

La ubicación es muy buena, justo a unos minutos caminando a una playa tranquila de agua y arena limpias. La comunicación con Linda ha sido correcta y fluida previamente y durante la estancia. Recomendado 100% para disfrutar del entorno!」
