Trying to have a meal in the evening was very difficult. There were no options that were not heavy fried as far as appetizers to just have with a drink.
My friend wanted a black coffee and the guy who was taking our order at the bar, said go and serve yourself at the free coffee in the middle. And he said they had just made it an hour ago, but I’ve had been waiting in the lobby for an hour and I didn’t see anybody replaced coffee.

The construction work looks pretty amateur and the bed frame was quite shaky. The bed is very firm. Space is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish the shampoo and conditioner was not a 2 in 1 but separate for the curly haired folks. Space was good and was very convenient in location. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, great location for Deep Ellum - plenty of nice coffee shops/bars/restaurants nearby.
Very comfortable beds. Would recommend - particular shout out to the front desk staff - they were great
