We had a reservation for a king size bed and they gave us a double. They were suppose to change us and never mentioned anything . Please verify they didn’t charge for what they didn’t give

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

La estructuras estan excelente en general me encantó la habitación está moderna súper cómoda y confortable, solo deben mejorar la variedad en el buffet y tener más opciones de restaurantes, tener música en todas las áreas para ambientizar el lugar y también entretener a los huéspedes y agregar entretenimiento como los show y el roopstore deben iluminarlo más en la noche el servicio es muy buen

Just to walk around. Didnt buy anything at all. Not a place that you "should" go. We spent 4 full days in Santo Domingo, so basically we went there to kill some time...
