「The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn ’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. 」

At check-in, there was an issue with the room I was first assigned, but the staff kindly arranged a room change right away. The second room also had a problem, and they promptly moved me again without any hassle. I really appreciated their help. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming.
