"We came up to Agnes Water for the September school holidays and we were not disappointed we had great accommodation a five minute walk to the shops and another five to main beach. A five minute drive up to Seventeen Seventy where you can swim paddle board and go fishing. Thank you so much for our stay looking forward to coming back soon"

Great that it was so close to a unique beach. The children had plenty of space to play. The kitchen was well set out and had all that we required so was perfect as a different family cooked each night. The consensus was that we should hire the house every year for a family gathering. The house facilitated a wonderful family event for us."

"This property is well maintained, the units have everything you need, extremely comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee every morning from the on-site coffee van. It is located in a quiet area in Agnes Waters, with only a short drive to 1770. Close enough to walk to the beach. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone and we will be staying here again when we return. "

"Great house, but no ability to make coffee. No beach towels or beach chairs, despite a beach right there. No instructions for anything in or around the house. There was a pool in the large complex that we never could find. How to get to the beach was a mystery we solved, but with no help. House was otherwise nice & well-equipped; managers no help with anything. "
