Nice and close to the beach and a cafe with great food and drinks, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, and the shower had awesome water pressure. Loved staying here for our first time in Agnes Water. Such a great spot and our room got serviced daily. We definitely recommend staying here.

The location is very good and it's very close to Agnes Water Beach. There are restaurants, groceries within walking distance maybe just 5 mins walk. The front desk staff are friendly and room is clean. It's a perfect place for holiday. The only not so positive thing is that I felt the bed was not them dry, not sure if it was caused by it's very near the beach.
