In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 7 km from the centre of Vignola, 20 km from the centre of Costa Paradiso, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 150 m from the sea. Private: property with wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: solarium. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at 30 m on the premises. Dream Vacation Turned Frustrating

The pictures made the property look amazing (and it is), and the location couldn't be beaten: right next to the beach and market! However, the reality fell short. Upon arrival, surprises arose. We were hit with a hefty security deposit (not mentioned on VRBO), a mandatory cleaning fee, and an additional charge per person for towel rental - all to be paid in cash. To access cash, we had to trek to another town because the host wouldn't accept credit cards. We were traveling with 2 other families and their rental properties didn't have any of these extra fees. We were also asked to show our passports so they could photograph them. I refused because of this little thing called identity theft. I was finally forced to give them the names and numbers but held firm on no photos. The final blow? We were limited to using only 5 of the advertised beds. My older children, who are well over 6 feet tall, were forbidden from sleeping in a king-size bed and were forced to sleep in children's beds because, according to the host, "you only need 5 beds."

Traumhaft schön!!!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von S. empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Wir wurden sehr gut von ihr Informiert. Das Ferienhaus Malvasia mit seiner wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft schön.

Mooi vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht.

Het open vakantiehuis bevindt zich in een afgesloten natuurgebied/resort. Bij aankomst best bij de ingang afspreken met de vriendelijke Italiaans pratende Silvia. Het huis zelf heeft een prachtige ligging , mooie vergezichten naar de magnifieke kust van Portobello. Het huis was naar Italiaanse normen schoon. Beddengoed en handdoeken wat verouderd. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijne terrassen ook bereikbaar via slaapkamers. Wel afgelegen. Winkeltje in de buurt is ok .

un contesto unico

La casa era come ce la aspettavamo. Addirittura meglio. La struttura non è nuovissima ma ben tenuta. Qualche piccolo problema con gli scarichi e con l'approvvigionamento idrico ma le persone incaricate di seguirci ci hanno aiutato e risolto velocemente il problema nonostante il ponte di ferragosto. Tutta la struttura, la casa ma no solo, hanno reso le notre vacanze davvero piacevoli.
