「We stayed in the Grand suite once again - were here last year and loved it! Such a nice room! Clean, modern and spacious. Location is perfect, short stroll from the ferry and to the beach, shopping area and other bars and restaurants. Breakfast is magical and the restaurant also serves very good lunch and dinner.

「We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay.
Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...
