La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, il giardino e la piscina sono curatissimi. A 5 minuti di macchina c'è la bellissima spiaggia di Triopetra. La casa è ben arredata e completa di tutto. Ci sono tre camere e nel soggiorno due divani che possono reclinarsi e formare due comodi letti. In zona ci sono varie taverne dove mangiare e a circa 25 minuti do auto c'è il paesino di Spili che ha vari supermarket.

Wonderful stay in a comfortable house

We spent a wonderfull time in this house which is not big but comfortable and especially full of light with its window to the view of hills and sea. We had everything we needed. Nice pool, garden, fenced in case you travel with dog. The host is very kind. Triopetra is peaceful, one good taverne nearby. Supermarket about 35 minutes away. We loved Triopetra beach. I recommend this villa very well located.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen, kleinen Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht sehr genossen. Kleine Mankos: die Ausstattung an Geschirr war für 6 Personen sehr überschaubar, das nicht abgetrennte Bad im Schlafzimmer ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache und die Wärmepumpe, die an unserem letzten Ferientag installiert wurde, macht unangenehme Geräusche.

Triopetra

Beautiful spot with lovely views. It is remote so you definitely need a car. Lovely beaches that are close and many restaurants to choose from. The pool was an added plus.

bad points override good points

The property has some good points but the bad things outweigh this. First the bad: The bedrooms are very small and hard to walk to the far side of the bed. Reaching the house from the parking space is a very steep incline and rough in places. The shower rooms are both small. On the good side: The views are very good. The facilities (air con etc) all in good condition and work well. The swimming pool and outside space are nice and just as big as they appear in the photos. General thoughts: We failed to notice that the location is a long way from shops – about 30 minutes drive to get groceries (1.5 hours return trip minimum). There are plenty of tavernas within 5 or 10 mins drive and several good beaches. The local area is known to be windy. It should be noted that like most places in Crete the toilet paper goes in the bin not down the toilet. The ironing board and iron in the listing was missing. Move key to inside to get electricity to work, then the door can slam shut with key locked inside. Unlock a patio door as soon as you can.

Wonderful holiday

Perfect spring holiday

It was a lovely place with fantastic scenery wherever you look. The kids enjoyed the pool and everyone had a very relaxing time surrounded by nature. Perfect!

komfortable und ruhig gelegene Villa

ca. 1:45 h mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Heraklion entfernt. Objekt liegt etwas von der Hauptstrasse entfernt - dadurch absolute Ruhe. Mit dem Auto schnelle Erreichbarkeit zahlreicher wunderschöner Strände und landestypischer Tavernen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit für uns angenehm harten Matratzen. Man blickt auf das Meer sowie in die Berge und hat Sonne von morgens bis abends. Ein freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter rundet das Angebot ab. Abgesehen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten war es in Summe sehr komfortabel und ist dadurch so empfehlenswert, dass auch wir einen erneuten Besuch in Erwägung ziehen!

A great stay

Maison agréable implantée sur un site exceptionnel

Implantée dans un site particulièrement beau et préservé de l'île, nous avons passé un séjour tout à fait dépaysant, entouré de mer et de montagnes. La maison est dans un état irréprochable, très bien avancée et d'entretien facil. La piscine est une pepipite. Ce qui est proposé est à l'image de Mikael et Stefanos qui vous accueillent et vous assistent avec bienveillance et efficacité.

A very pleasant stay !

We spent 15 very pleasant days in Villa Michael. Even if this part of Crete is reputed to be very windy and if you should not be afraid of "swallowing miles" to visit the island from Triopetra, the villa is very pleasant and Stefanos is always attentive to his guests if needed ; the villa is spacious, very well maintained (regular pool cleaning) and perfectly equipped; the villa has an exceptional view of the sea. Despite a few small imperfections (the concept of a single shower / WC room in particular), a super pleasant stay! RL&family from PARIS

Super Aussichtslage

Toller Ausgangspunkt für sehr schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Sehr ruhige Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht. Höhe Privatsphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert. Schlafzimmer etwas klein.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus und der Garten waren wirklich sehr schön. Auch der Pool war wunderbar. Wir haben die Gegend sehr genossen, da es ruhig und entspannend war. Der Strand ist nicht so überlaufen, wenn man möchte findet man hier auch noch einsame Strände. Das Haus war super ausgestattet mit Nudeln, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Toastbrot... an Küchengeräten war alles da, was man benötigt.

Merveilleux

La maison est parfaite pour 6 personnes. Les trois chambres, le salon-cuisine et les deux salles de bain (dont une attenante à une chambre) ne sont pas immenses mais très bien bien agencés et très bien décorés. La vue de la maison est splendide que l'on regarde devant vers la mer ou derrière vers la montagne. La piscine est grande, belle et propre. Il y a des transats très confortables. Quant à la région, j'ai adoré. C'est très sauvage, (pas de supermarché à moins de 1/2 - 3/4 d'heure de route), les deux plages de Triopetra (5mn en voiture de la maison) sont incroyables. Pas beaucoup de monde même en août. Celle de gauche, plus abritée du vent, a une taverne simple, bonne et très sympathique. Celle de droite est également très belle et plus grande. La nature autour de la maison est impressionnante. Les montagnes, les criques ou les plages désertes accessibles à pied, le village de Spili dans les montagnes, les villages de Matala et d'Agio Galini... Je vous recommande chaudement cette maison et cette région.

Absolute Ruhe

Alles hat Bestens funktioniert, die Lage ist traumhaft, mit herrlichem Meerblick. Der Pool ist schön warm und ist absolut ausreichend. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Es gibt 2 Strände, mit guten und preiswerten Tavernen. Würden wiederkommen. Dankeschön Michael und Stefanos und Familie

Amazing view on the sea

We enjoyed every day the nice view on the sea and the next dream beach Triopetra was reachable in 5 minutes by car. After having an internet failure due to a shutdown of electricity, the problem was solved very short-term. Great host and we always felt comfortable. Taverne Apanemia at Triopetra beach was our favourite taverne and is really a visit worth.

wunderschönes Haus

Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war für uns super. Absolute Ruhe, ein schöner Strand in der Nähe und nette Tavernen. Zum Einkaufen muss man eine längere Fahrt auf sich nehmen, daher am besten gleich auf dem Weg dorthin einkaufen. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit geräumigem Eisfach. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles. Wir kommen geene wieder:)
