"We stayed at this property at the end of March with our family of 6. Check-in was not clearly explained, and there were no pre-arrival instructions, even after speaking to the host the day prior to check-in. When we entered past the security gate the property looked like a construction zone and not a luxury rental. There were construction boards along the entrance ramp with exposed nails sticking up. The photos and description mentioned pools and an outdoor seating and grilling area. The pools were full of algae and bugs and not operational at all. The outdoor area was not usable, with most of the furniture broken, dirty, and not accessible for using. Inside was very worn, with most walls having paint chips and dings. Furniture in the main area is quite worn. The front door was broken off the door frame and had to be slammed to get it to latch. There is also a steam room that did not work. This property was so unpleasant to be at all, we did was sleep there, the beds and linens were fine."

"Was staying in the place in early April 2026. Finding the place was quite complicated, no indication until you reach the closed gate with small laminated A4 paper with mobile number just off the small country side road - and then there is a coded entry (could have been an email with the code and directions before arrival) so we had to call few times to be let in and get direction as host was not onsite and was looking through the remote cameras). Room looked good, as pictured - nice and clean, comfy bed and great shower, kettle and tea bags in the room in absence of onsite breakfast option. However property is not is not fully finished, pool looks half built with no water, no tiles/decking outside, furniture stacked and not usable. No option for spa/massages as per listing in the description. When it will be finalised (hopefully summer 2026?) it might look as pictures, high end deluxe, calm and relaxing retreat but currently looks more like AI render. "

"Our stay at the Lefkas Blue was one of the best stays we have had in recent years. Mr Eutichios and his wife Marina made us feel so welcome. Great apartment with a wonderful pool and garden attached. It felt like we were staying at our own private villa. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful week in Lafkada. See you again soon."

"Hotel is run down and dated. Beds very uncomfortable felt like sleeping on plywood. Bathroom tile was moldy. Toilet and sink were loose. Very good location."

"We were really pleased overall with the villa. Check in was available as stated in the listing from 4pm, and Mrs Simione was there to greet us and show us around. The villa was really clean and looked as per photos and was situated about 20 minute stroll to the outskirts of the main town. The pool area was lovely and we spent a great deal of time relaxing there. Neighbood cats regular passed throughsunbathed outside too, they did on occasion however fight and chase each other through the pool area and one of them actually fell into the pool at one point. Hot water was available at all times and the air conditioning worked well. The bedroom with two single beds is located in the ground floor with the main bedroom on the first floor. Mrs Simione also brought round a bottle of home made wine which was lovely. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Lefkada again."

"There are many villas throughout Lefkada for beech goers and water sports enthusiasts. But there are very few luxury villas close to Lefkastown. So if you want to be an easy 5 minute drive to town for restaurants, clubs, shopping, etc, this is the best spot. I have stayed in the mountains and at Agias Nikitas in the past - but they are 15-30 minute drives each way. The villa is new, spacious, and with a great pool/jacuzzi and amazing water views. BTW it is 5 min to a great kite surfing beach too. "
