「Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)」

「We in fact stayed for 7 nights due to booking confusion with change of airline flight date/time. Late arrival & check in but pleasent to find cooked food selection and drinks available even at 11:30pm in buffet restaurant. Positive start. Room 612 overlooking quiet swimming pool area away from main block. Rooms spacious , clean & amenities with mini bar filled daily. Hotel has lovely facilities, welcome & courteous staff across all areas , recep, dining, bar etc. Two theme restaurants,...

「Exactly what we were looking for. A quite tranquil place to relax and enjoy which was close enough to the centre to walk in on a daily basis but just far enough away to not get swept up by the hustle and bustle. Poppy and her family couldn’t have been any more helpful. Will be back next year👍」
