The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you. 」

「Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

「A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. Thankfully our suite had a balcony on the opposite side of the room, so we were able to enjoy a coffee on the balcony with not as...
