Cocoonr agency offers this 20 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Agde, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor, it comprises the following:
- A living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and hob...
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 May to 30 September, secured by an access code.
- An enclosed, private garden of approximately 13 m² with a terrace (furniture provided) to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).

As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Agde railway station is around 9 km away
- Montpellier airport is approximately 72 km away
