The reception staff were excellent very helpful. Cleaners were always available in case of needing anything. The pool area could do with some tlc but other than this very happy with the hotel and will stay again.

Overall the stay was okay but nit great. Tge service isn't all that and you have to keep on asking for room service which never turns up. We paid local tax with hotels.com and we had to pay again when we got there even though i showed proof. Dont recommend

Looks nice but it is rough

This is a not good hotel, for any standard. Rooms are super basic, service is non-existent and to get things done you will need to insist many times at the desk. Rooms are dated and generally, the hotel looks from the 80s without a good refurbishment. Looks good from outside. Best to avoid. It is well located, that's the saving grace.

Not clean will and staff they need tip every single minutes. Security men don’t live you alone they need tip else. You can’t bring with you any food or drinks from out side to the hotel. Actually i will not stay in it anymore.

All staff are extremely friendly & ever willing to assist at any time. I was a bit disappointed that the lady gets in my bedroom were not working and although there was a safe in my room, it wasn’t working either. However, the lights issue was resolved very quickly & fortunately I didn’t need to use the safe as my friends room was next door & we shared the safe. I believe this basic things should be checked beforehand. I shall be surely going back again- hopefully soon

Hotel i wish i can give below zero rating furniture all damage and broken and wast clean also :(. They give me wrong room twice and they didn’t apologise for it . The night shift receptionist he thinks himself director of NASA how he talk and act. I dont recommend that hotel at all waste of money and time. Ciao

Hotel aburrido.

Un hotel bueno para ir solo o con amigos. Es la segunda vez que me alojo. La primera fue en agosto de 2023. Y este año ahora en julio. El personal es muy atento. Pero no es recomendable ir en verano. Pues se suelen alojar jóvenes estudiantes, niños ricos. Son irrespetuosos y escandalosos. Las camareras de piso entraron a las 10 P.M. Cuando estaba tomando un baño relajante. Y no se fueron hasta terminar de limpiar. Por lo demás. Todo muy bien.

Ikke mer enn 1 stjerne. Hotellet er ikke hva det virker som på hotels.com. Vanskelig betjening, WIFI kun i lobby, ingen service innstilling, anbefales ikke for familie eller par besøk.
