「My husband and I attended a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and this apartment had everything we needed. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the Field and that was sitting in traffic. The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. 「The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!」

「I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. 「Amazing location! Lots to do, busy streets! The biggest problem was finding parking, be ready to walk or pay 30-40 for overnight parking. We got lucky a couple of times finding street parking close to our stay. Our host was prompt communicating with issues, toilet wasn’t working when we first got there but was fixed promptly. 「We had a wonderful stay at this property while attending the University of Delaware football game. The drive to the stadium was about 20 minutes with traffic, which was very convenient.
