The house was beautiful. The location was amazing. Sam, the host was so accommodating and quick to respond. The house lacked for nothing..from the kitchen to the bathrooms to outside. Every amenity was very thoughtful, lots of room and close to stores if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved the vacation house, dock, kayaks, location - it was all SO GOOD! We were there during the week and loved that there wasn't a lot of other boat activity on the lake - no complaints from us!!

We had such an amazing time here! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, very nice bedrooms, huge kitchen with tons of refrigerator space! Beautifully decorated and stocked well. We are a big fishing family and spent most of our time on the dock, which was very large and clean. We caught plenty of fish off the dock and enjoying taking the kayaks out. In the evenings we played pool, shuffle board, and used the hot tub! We have rented quite a few houses at grand lake and this was by far the best time we’ve ever had. We hope to be back next year! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Winter relaxation trip

The house and the view is absolutely breathtaking! We went to spend time with our kids and grandkids for the weekend. We had a fabulous time. Once we got there we didn't leave just well needed family time after the hectic holiday season. Great communication from the owner from the beginning to the end. Would and will stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wonderful Home on Grand Lake

This home was just right for my large family. Everything was ready for us when we got there and the views were amazing. Sam was very helpful whenever we needed him and responded quickly. The house was better than the pictures portrayed. We will be back for sure! Thank you very much for the use of your lovely home and making our stay very easy and comfortable.

Wonderful weekend!

This house was even better in person! It had everything we needed and was just beautiful! It is really close to the water and the views are fabulous! We were a group of 11 friends/couples for a Fall get away! It was perfect and Sam was Terrific to work with. We had a great time and we even had a shuffleboard tournament. 😀 The hot tub worked great and felt good at the end of the day. The only suggestion I have that could improve this rental is more seating at the dining table. There were plenty of chairs if you use the ones at the bar but we really enjoy dining together. We also like to play games etc… I highly recommend this property for a group or family! It is wonderful!

Perfect for large family gathering

Plenty of space for our family reunion. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and host very responsive. Loved the kitchen space, plenty of storage and 2 refrigerators. Lots to keep the kids busy inside and out.

family get together

We loved this beautiful home! It is super nice with high end appliances and finishes throughout the house. The game room downstairs was so fun and the dock is super nice! It is spacious with a huge area to swim off of and hang out. The location is fantastic, right on one of the best areas in the lake and a 10 minute drive to restaurants. I had a family of 12 plus a 2 year old and we had a great time. Will definitely return to this wonderful house.

Grand Lake week was grand!

We had a great time at this lovey house. We had plenty of room for everyone and used the heck out of the boat dock for lake activities. The kitchen set up was awesome. Highly recommend

Jackpot - Everything we wanted and needed

Wonderful home. All super clean and functional. Everything as advertised. All the necessaries are supplied, including a variety of kitchen gadgets and small appliances. Several gathering spots for large or small groups both inside and outside. We had 15 in our family staying at the house and hosted another 16 family members for two evening meals. Great location for easy access to activities on the lake as well as supplies in two close towns. Supportive and thoughtful communication with owner. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Amazing views, perfect location, ideal for groups and families!

This was our second stay, and there will be a third, fourth, fifth, etc. The Duck Creek location is perfect, with easy access to the main lake channel. The property has spectacular views of the largest part of the lake. We enjoyed views from the living room, patio(s) and massive covered dock! The property is large enough for multiple families, but you still get that cozy, comfortable lake house vibe. Sam, the property manager is a class act, responsive and pays attention to every detail. We’re Grand Lake regulars and this is our go to property (provided it’s available)!

Amazing house

Amazing Property

We enjoyed an extended weekend stay at this beautiful home. The sunrises were breathtaking and the kitchen was a delight for cooking. We enjoyed the yard, hot tub and sprawling dock.

Wonderfully luxurious home with sunrise lake views!

This home is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking, especially the sunrise each morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of breakfast foods was provided to see us through the first morning. The main living room was fabulous, and the gourmet kitchen made cooking so much fun. The warming drawer was a huge hit! We were disappointed to be unable to use the massive refrigerator, because it was in need of repair. The owner, Sam, called the day we arrived to let us know he was providing another smaller refrigerator for our use. We actually spent a large amount of time in the kitchen, preparing meals for the 12 of us, and the time was made more enjoyable with the lake as a backdrop. The oversized pantry had room for everything we brought in and more. The outdoor areas were wonderful for enjoying lake views. The fire pit was perfect for making smores, and the swings surrounding it made it more fun. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, although we didn’t have much luck…it was all about the memories anyway. The shuffleboard and pool table gave us hours of entertainment. We enjoyed playing games at the dinner table upstairs. The master bedroom and bathroom are fabulous! Two of the downstairs bedrooms had nice walk-in closets, but the master suite closet upstairs was not available to use. The beds were comfortable, which is really nice for a long-term stay. There were plenty of blankets and bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) provided to make the stay comfortable. The house could really use more bath towels and wash cloths, especially since it is advertised to adequately sleep up to 18 people. There would be plenty of storage in the bathrooms to house the extra bath linens – the extra storage also really comes in handy for being able to unpack while you’re there. The hot tub towels came in handy as we ran out of bath towels and wash cloths very quickly even though we did laundry daily. The special touches…for example, baskets with toiletries in the bathrooms…made our stay so pleasant. We would definitely return to this amazing property again. Note: The property is not a good fit for those with mobility issues. There are many stairs, which are steep and somewhat slick, as they are wood. The stairs also have differing heights…two of us actually fell on them, without major injuries, so we did want to mention they can be tricky.

Family Reunion! So much to do!

This property was the perfect setting for our family celebration. Immediately everyone started playing shuffleboard or pool. We brought fishing gear and fished off the very large beautiful dock. Everyone spent time on the swings at some point. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had spices. The coffee maker was a brew type and also accepted Keurig pods. The property supplied soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags and toilet paper which is a nice benefit. The ice makers are a plus! Really everyone had fun and space to roam. I did have a few questions for the host Sam and he could have been quicker to reply to communications. In the end would highly recommend!

Fantastic!

An impressive property with an amazing view of Grand Lake. The location is perfect, with easy access to the main channel from Duck Creek. We were able to park our boat in the large covered dock, which was a great place to hang out in the evenings. The house is huge, updated, clean and comfortable for multiple families. We really enjoyed the shuffle board and pool tables on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked, and located just off the dining and living areas. Thank you to the owner for being most accommodating, and flexible. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great Property

We had 3 families including 6 adults and 7 children ages 11-16. The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked, the dock and kayaks were great and everyone enjoyed the game room! Be cautious of racoons and animals outside. Make sure to keep vehicle doors shut at all times. Great property on the lake with easy access by water and car!
