"We saw Ionian Blue on a drive to Vasiliki and it looked so beautiful I did usual research on booking platforms only to find that it rated very poorly, eg. 6.5. Not to be deterred that evening as I was very keen to stay at Ionian Blue we popped in just as 100’s of wedding guests filed in for the reception. "Very new Villa, super clean and well presented, great pool and terrace with view over Sivota bay and seas and islands beyond. Well equipped, super friendly and helpful agent managing the property who quickly sorted out any issues and gave great advice. The villa is located down a dirt track - a few hundred metres - slightly rough but passable in a car, about a 5 minute drive down to Sivota Bay shops, restaurants etc."

"We had the most amazing family vacation with our 2 adult children staying at Villa Luxe in Lefkada. Driving up a dirt road for about 10 minutes, we arrived at our villa situated on the hillside of the quaint, picturesque Sivota Bay. Upon our arrival, we were left breathless with the most amazing views overlooking mountains, islands and the Ionian Sea. The villa is brand new and appointed with all the modern amenities and tasteful furnishings. Three equal sized bedrooms have comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms and showers. The villa manager was always ready to help and answer our questions. We had a great time going to the beautiful beaches of Lefkada, renting boats to spend the day out at sea discovering private coves and eating fantastic fresh food at the Greek tavernas. We can’t wait to be back! "

"The villa is a short walk from Sivota with a fantastic range of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and boat hire. Sivota has a lot to offer and is highly recommended to visit for some food and drinks.Afterli and Ammoussa beaches are very close-by (15 min drive) and are stunning.Property itself is exactly as described. Immaculately clean, with plenty of parking space. The villa is on its own private plot of land with absolutely no neighbours nearby so you will have maximum privacy. Beautifully renovated villa but not so over-polished that it loses its charm. The pool is fantastic. We visited as a group of 10 (8 adults 2 toddlers) and felt that we had enough space for everyone to enjoy the holiday.The property management team is excellent in keeping in touch, responding to requests and questions, and welcoming us to the villa. Big thank you to George, Vasiliki and the team."
