"The room is clean but the amenities might not be sufficient for the guests. Especially there is no comb or sufficient cotton buds for those who require it。 The staffs at check in counter as well as concierge service are great . Professional looking and the image are great"

"Stayed here for the 3rd time with my family. Still as impressive, staffs were super welcoming and helpful. However, this time round we have found the cleanliness in the room to have declined. We found a biscuit wrapper that does not belong to us on the bed. Which means that the bedsheets were not changed after the previous customers had left. During house keeping, for the bathroom only the floor mat was changed. Sinks and toilet were not scrubbed. Also to note that it would be good to brief staff not to discard travel sized amenities because my facial wash was discarded 😅 "

"Parking can get full but otherwise really convenient. Beds are comfortable (i stayed 1 night). Water in shower was excellent (pressure, although the aesthetic of the shower head cable was poor due to wear and tear). Rainshower worked fine and well. Hot water on demand."
