"The owner is giving a personnalized service, he is there for the customer, we feel it is natural and not forced or overacted.
The hotel is really close from the volcano but unfortunately really far from the cities"
"Very beautiful place with nice view of Etna and the sea. The host is really doing her best to make your stay very confortable. We really recommend this place. "
"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. There is also a jacuzzi pool. Adjacent to these is an open-air bar where breakfast is served as well as drinks during the day/evening. The main section houses a covered bar/restaurant. "Nice place but the safe box was not working , i had to disconnect the minibar .. was too noisy , no blackout curtains , the shower head was withou pressure of water"
"A very stylish and relaxing hotel! We stayed for 5 days in October 2023 there and we absolutely loved it! P.S. Etna Tour organized by the hotel - is a must"
"Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
"The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."
"Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle.
Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room .
Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great
Carpets throughout were very dirty . "
"A really cozy little place run by a super friendly couple. The breakfast was out of this world! Worth getting out of the shower for... Will definitely be going back."

Villa Cocuzzolo - Large Spaces and Private Pool - Fantastic view of Etna and the sea
"Nice place. Fabulous views from our balcony. Not far from Mount Etna sight seeing area. Good restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
Meals can be ordered a la carte or a buffet-style option together with a wine-tasting option with on-site produced wines. Both options are on the expensive side but well worth it at least a few times. Access to the whole site is above Santa Venerina - trips to Catania and Syracuse are feasible, but for a quiet vacation by the pool this is perfect. The accommodation is clean and reasonably appointed - it is functional rather than luxurious with a small covered porch area overlooking the pool and fabulous view to the sea (7 kms away). The elevation change from the main restaurant to the apartments is quite steep - driving from one to the other is an option - visitors with mobility concerns should bear this in mind.
Is it worth a re-visit? Yes."
