"We had a great time staying here! My bridal party and I stayed here a couple nights before and the night after my wedding and it was a perfect space for getting ready and prepping everything we needed. The only issue we had was a late check in due to the cleaners getting stuck in the rain, so they needed more time. It wasn't as clean as I had hoped it would be, but it was alright. Gary kindly gave us a late check out to make up for it. Gary is very communicative and his instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We loved our stay! "

"Awful! I had to leave due to the condition of the property. Misrepresented - Not “exceptional” not a “10” and not a premiere host. Be aware when no realreviews exist for a property. Dirty, uneven and broken flooring, bedroom door didn’t even close, no hot water in walk in shower. I tried to make this work but finalstraw was when water was shut off while using the other shower. Host refused to refund any part of my money. Worse experience ever!"
