"Staff is the best positive about this property. We had a couple of issues (elevator not working , hair dryer not working) but the staff did everything to help. Property does need updating which we had seen by other reviews but it is extremely clean and beds are comfortable. Biggest negatives are the water pressure is so low it made washing hair a real problem. And toilets are very low to the ground, they belong in a Kindergarten classroom. Breakfast was really good in the restaurant. But the negatives mean we won’t stay here again. Which is a shame as we have family who live nearby."
