「Easy check in and check out process. If you like the country and mountains this is the place. Conveniently located down the street from the gas station a small store/ restaurant and not a far drive from the Shenandoah National Park. The reason we chose this place is because it is dog friendly and near the Shenandoah mountains. We visited the mountains for some day hikes. The house is nicely kept and spacious with a big yard.」

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great; the furniture downstairs could use an upgrade. Large kitchen area with everything we needed. 「This was our second time to stay at this farm house. Anyone who is interested in farming, animals, American history or just wants a pleasant, pretty place to stay should book this property. My daughter was able to help milk the goats. My husband and I enjoyed the hike on the property to the fishing pond. We all enjoyed waking up to the sounds and sights of life on a farm. The hosts take extra care to meet all of your needs- highly recommend.」

「Could not be any happier…Hensley Hollow Lodge was fantastic!!! We were so pleasantly surprised at how a home that can accommodate/slerp 22 was truly spacious enough to be together without being on top of each other and the views were spectacular! Beds (& pillows) were very comfortable. Easy drive (10-12 minutes) to a grocery. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need (2 coffee pots and even 2 crock pots!).
