「This place was exactly what I needed. I was looking for a little getaway from reno’s being done at my house. I will definitely be back when I need another relaxing break from life. It was quiet, cozy, clean and comfortable. There was lake access just a few mins walk down the road and my dogs loved it. It was great that dishes, cutlery, cookware, etc were provided. I love that it was dog friendly, so they could keep me company and get a break too. 」

「The host were very easy to communicate with. We had a small issue and they rectified the problem quickly. 」

「Very quiet cottage, equipped with little more than the basic (toaster, blender, and like four coffee machines 😄). It was clean and tidy. Two bedrooms, comfortable enough beds, and clean-good-size bathroom. The TV was great. Not sure if intentional, but Netflix and Prime were available for guests (thinking someone forgot to log off). We used the BBQ a couple of nights. Pincton is close enough for access to grocery store, Canadian Tire and meat shop. 」

「Amazing stay, kids had lots of space to play on the property. Very quiet and peaceful views of the bay and the sun. Nice to have a floating deck to rest away from shore. Water isn’t very clear but there are other spots in the region to see different kind of beaches. Phil was great host, checking in on a regular basis making sure we were all set. Merci!」

「My family had a wonderful time at this cottage. The amenities were a big hit, especially the outdoor pool. The location was very convenient and close to the beach. The property is very clean, modern and functional. It has cute decorations and has a great supply of kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, towels etc. We would definitely go back! 」

「Nice clean updated property with Hot Tub, Pool Table and Table Tennis. Dock is great for launching kayaks and SUPs. Large deck to watch the water and sunset from. Large outside fire pit, and good size lawn area. Hosts are quick to reply to any questions. 」

「We needed a place to stay on the way to Kingston, ON. We spent a night at the property. There were 6 of us and our dog; we were comfortable and enjoyed the charming living room. We had dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. 」

「Well furnished and equipped, very clean. Ample space for two or more. Nice view on the water. Quiet area. Welcoming and helpfull host.No bathroom on bedroom floor.Located approx. 20 km from picton.」

「Thanks for the great stay. Good communication, great location. We were there for 4 nights with 3 kids (8 to 12). Accommodations are great : superb kitchen (never seen so many things in a rental - was fantastic and allowed us to cook much!), bal games and others. Kids enjoyed the pool, ping-pong table, tennis court and others. We walked to the beach to catch sunsets and were a short drive from Sandbanks major beaches. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again!」

「Endroit très cozy et tranquille, parfait pour relaxer et avoir la paix. Elizabeth a été très accommodante et attentive à notre bien-être. Il est possible de la texter ce qui rend la communication facile durant le séjour, cependant, si vous souhaitez communiquer avec elle avant votre séjour via la messagerie de Vrbo, elle ne répond pas. Sinon, tout le reste était parfait!」

「Excellent parking and internet connection was excellent Thank you for sharing your magical Treetops sanctuary with us. The sweet aroma of the air when we walk around the country lanes was amazing. And we have made many memories of the wonderful waterfront scenery. 」
