This is a quiet, residential street. Please keep noise down, especially outside and in the evenings. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.
No parties, events or extra visitors. The cottage is for the guests on the booking only, up to 4.
No smoking or vaping inside. If you smoke in the courtyard, please keep it away from the doors and windows and dispose of everything safely.
No pets, sorry.
Please use the parking permit and park considerately on the street.
Please treat the cottage as if it were your own. Accidents happen, if something breaks or spills just let us know so we can sort it.
Check-out is by 11am. There`s a short check-out list in the house manual. Enjoy your stay, and don`t hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
