The apartment was clean and the bed was okay but the pull out bed had a very thin mattress and we could see sleep on it as you could feel the springs

Perfect location and great size apartment; however, the main bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. Blockout blinds would also be a great addition to the main bedroom - the streetlights and various lighting from the building made it VERY light in the room at night.

When I walked into my apartment, I was astonished at how clean every room was. The cleanest booking I have ever had travelling. The local Manager was around in the mornings and eager to know if there was anything I needed assistance with. The location was excellent for being a 3 minute walk down to the most beautiful beach. Walking along Jetty Road gave lots of cafes and restaurants. The tram was great for travelling into the city. I highly recommend Glenelg Apartments. If you cannot cope with climbing stairs, request a ground floor apartment.,

Overall the apartment was clean and a comfortable size. There were basic kitchen utensils and facilities available if wanting to cook a meal. There was salt and pepper available, although it would be helpful to include oil for guests. I found that the water wasn’t hot, therefore I had to wash dishes with warm water, and I was able to shower with just the hot water handle turned (no cold on) and it still wasn't hot. The main issue I had was the smell of cigarettes. Outside the apartment I stayed in there was an ash tray between my apartment and the apartment next to me. The apartment next to me smoked a lot, which meant they were practically outside the front of your door smoking with the smell coming inside - especially not great as I had a child with me. I would stay there again as the cost was reasonable for a self contained apartment, especially for the location being a few minutes walk to the beach and being close to lots of choices of restaurants and the tram.

Thus was a really nice unit. Clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Only issue was the wifi wasn’t very powerful. It sometimes affected the television and our internet access on phones. I’d definitely stay there again, The location was fabulous! A short walk to beaches and restaurants!

The unit was very good but unfortunately there wasn't a lift for the other floors. We were on the third and top floor where we had to walk up the stairs and as we get older that can be a nuisance. Signage for the units was non existent and one had to look at the units to see which way to go to get to our unit. I spoke to the day manager regarding this issue.

We had a lovely stay. Boris was very accommodating. Great value for money. Clean, updated, spacious, large tv. Close to everything......walking distance. We enjoyed a wine on the boardwalk with lovely views of the bay. Highley recommend Broadway Kiosk on the beach......only a short walk. We will return😁😁
