For residents' security the apartment complex has UNMONITORED CCTV (accessed only in the event of an incident) of entrances, lift lobbies and vehicle ramps.
Secure access via RFID fob and keys (1 provided per guest).
Apartment has 'basic staples' (including condiments etc) on arrival which should suffice for about 1 week.
Note apartment is on Level 1 (using the British/ Australian floor numbering system) NOT on the Ground Floor. This makes the balcony area secure, including for bike storage (by prior arrangement).
Electric bikes/ scooters are NOT to be charged in the apartment, due to risk of battery fire.
Apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony (with door closed).
Note House Rules regarding cost of fire brigade callout fee in the event the smoke detector is activated by cooking fumes (ie 'false alarm').
