「Unlimited Muffins and Coffee/Tea are the only above average things there. As for the place itself, yeah it's clean, but the bathroom is a pain for tall people due to how cramped it is. As for the room itself, the door to the room was room was damaged, so there were card issues and the door wouldn't completely shut due to the handle. So i coupd hear everything outside.」

「Breakfast options were of less quality than competitors. The AC was fine. The microwave in the room was broken and the TV kept shutting off. 」

「The night front office lady was lovely, but overall, the hotel is in terrible shape. Very worn and outdated. The morning buffet staff was rude and there was a homeless man wandering the lobby and no staff member addressed it.」

「This hotel is extremely convenient for long-distance travelers. It’s located right off I-75. Unfortunately, parking is an issue do to it’s location and parking design. Also, all rooms are accessible only through the main office, instead of outside doors. Its insulation is poor as you can hear every thing going on outside and above. Walking, running or screaming outside.」

「I had a one night stay traveling with my daughter. Her bedsheets head stains on them, the bathroom showerhead was very dirty with hard water stains and it was moderate water pressure. The bathroom floor tiles were carried into the shower and were extremely slippery. A grab bar was on the outside of the shower doors. I did feel very unsafe in there. There were a lot of construction supplies, kind of tucked around the corner by the elevators. Hopefully they are in the process of doing some...

「The lady at check in was extremely rude, the room smelled like mold and had water coming through the wall. We checked out within about 5 minutes of arrival. There was a man there named Randy who was super sweet though, he deserves a high five but Evangeline on the front desk should not work with the public」
