「There are so many amenities and facilities at this hotel. I didn't even get to explore most of them. I enjoyed the breakfast options, my room was clean and big, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」
「Stayed for 3 nights for business. People working there have great ethiopian hospitality and feel like at home. Breakfast has so many choices and offer nice coffee, too. There is a Tomoca coffee shop which is famous local coffee chain inside hotel, which is very good. Generally in Ethipoia, weak WIFI network is problem, so apart from WIFI at home, there is no complain at all. 」

「Check in was the easiest ever, and thanks - was allowed in much earlier at no extra charge. You will be on the most comfortable bed you can find. Staff are mostly helpful. The lady manager at breakfast leaves you with every reason why she is in that role - can make guests feel comfortable and taken care of.」
"I tried to call them from Japan because I wanted to make sure that the shuttle bus would come to the airport to pick me up . However, the phone numbers are old, and I have never got to reach them. Shuttle bus never showed up when I have arrived at the airport despite the fact I have booked the shuttle service when I booked the room on this hotel. I am no satisfied with this hotel service"
