「I lived the room size and How quiet it was there」

「It’s a great value and I’ve stayed here before. Unfortunetely there is no sound deadening between rooms so you can hear everything!」

「Room was fresh and clean, no fragrances. Bed was comfortable and linens were new. Shower had good pressure and was hot enough. Fridge, micro and coffee maker much appreciated. Did not try the breakfast.」

「Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.」

「Both staff members were unfriendly. Room okay, bathroom - well, shower curtain installed inside out, toilet flusher buttons need replacement, and hair dryer is ancient and difficult to use. Glad we only had one night there.」

「The hotel was run down. There were no amenities in the room except one bar of soap. One of the hand towels was dirty and had not been changed out. The last straw was when I climbed into bed there were bugs in the bed. I got up, packed up my stuff and checked out even though I had nowhere to go. I hit the road at 10.30 at night. There was no way I could stay in that room. The website was a total misrepresentation of what the hotel was like , or I would not have booked it.」

「This hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Also, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was noise coming from the airport next door. There was a fire in the Pendleton area so the fire helicopters were flying in and out of the airport frequently from early morning until sunset. Also, they were re-paving the airport parking lot which resulted in more noise. This isn't the fault of the hotel but thought it was important to mention possible noise from the airport...

「This property was ok. We had a room on the bottom floor and took the stairs down because we were told there was no elevator, but we were not told there is a walk in, no stairs door on the end. The staff seemed put out when we asked questions, except for the male front desk person. We overheard staff arguing at breakfast about schedules. Otherwise it was ok. The room was clean and the view beautiful and it was very close to the highway, shopping, and food choices.」

「Really wish there was a coffee machine of some sort in the room!」

「So, there was marshmallow or something on the remote. The phone was filthy. The shampoo was empty, lotion also empty. There was a broken lamp shade, and onlt 1 light was working. The shower door does not close, the robe hanger in the bathroom out of wall. Toilet paper holder broken. Carpet and couch looks like a cat clawed it and cuties filthy. I did get a partial refund.」

「The person at the desk was super nice and so I almost don’t want to say anything bad. I picked the place because of the pool and hot tub, but when we got there they were out of order, I showered at night and the water took a long time to sort of warm up to slightly warm. My husband wanted to shave in the am and again the water never got warm enough to shave. Breakfast server was again, very nice and very hard working.」

「Clean, well located with a better breakfast than most free breakfast hotels (e.g. fresh blueberries and strawberry, omelette station, etc.) and a decent little grassy area for the pooch.」

「This hotel met all of our needs. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. We definitely recommend.」

「Everything was good about my stay at Oxford except for the complimentary dinner, which was cancelled because the dinner chef was not on the property. Otherwise, a quiet, good stay.」

「There was a kiosk to check in a night. A foreigner from another country was the concierge through the kiosk. It was extremely hard to understand her. I had a reservation and she told said that she couldn’t find it, then later she told me she did. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom only bar soap, there was not breakfasts offer, even though the amenities said breakfasts. The only good thing about this Motel was that it was very clean. That’s all.」

「Everything was great from check in up till we checked out. Super helpful staff. Great quit evening. Fantastic food, however a lot of places were closed for a Tuesday night we felt.」
