「It’s a nice hotel, but not suitable for Families with small kids/toddler. Lots of steps, very small rooms, load music the whole night, sun beds at the pool all reserved, big sun beds at the pool 60€ per day, no area for kids (playground, grass or similar). And last but not least this part of Ulcinj is not very nice (dirty beach, weird smell, a lot of garbage, party, lots of tourism). We left two days earlier. Hotel staff was not understandable and reacted very unprofessional. However the...

When leaving, they were laughing and not helping at all…… the second guest had health issues devices to be plugged in and cannot stay in the room because the electricity outlets were flickering」

「Nous avons réussi à bien trouver le logement, effectivement pas facile d’accès en voiture car la voie est étroite (deux voitures ne passent pas), par contre nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus, la vue est magnifique, et la hutte était très bien équipée. Le choix du petit déjeuner est énorme et nous avons également bien mangé le soir, vraiment il s’agit d’un petit havre de paix. 「Confusing access, limited tight parking and no clear wayfinding for checking in. Tons of stairs meant hauling luggage sucked. Tile walkways often wet meant for slipping hazards. Rooms are big! Nice view. Not great sound insulation.」
