TOP. Sempre sorridenti.... a cornice del posto.」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing room and view of the sea, very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They allow you to rent bikes for free and take a nice bike ride along the water. Lots of great seafood restaurants near by as well! The hotel breakfast was lovely, one of the best breakfast we’ve had! Would most definitely return! 11/10」

「Yes, make the booking! We enjoyed our time here so much. We absolutely loved the peace, the spacious room, the breakfast that spoiled us, and the high attention to detail in the service execution. The views are outstanding - watching the sunrise fall into the valley was easily one of the favorite moments of our stay. So beautiful! A couple of small downsides: the gym is quite small, but I guess for a hotel of this size, it is okay. Also, the spa setup could be a bit better, as it felt a...

「This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.」

「Fantastische accomodatie」

「Close to the train station, short walk to the mall area where Tuesday markets are on. room is very tiny, bathroom is very compact with no toilet privacy if that is what you need. The shower had a ledge cut into the bathroom, and water from the shower gets onto this ledge and runs along it wetting the toilet paper if thats where you keep it, no toilet roll holder. The aircon was not great at all, and 35C days this was a considerable issue, but thankfully it was for one night. The pics on the...

「The owners of the property provided directly a very nice service attention. The facility very cleaned and good condition of the areas. Good climate conditions of the room. It’s a very nice facility and near of the downtown of Nereto and from historic downtown of other cities around the areas. Definitely will come back next time. Thank you 」

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. I truly hope to come back...
