"We had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is a great rural retreat, not to far from the coast and we were able to get to some very pretty towns and villages relatively quickly. This is certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Hugh was very welcoming and informative. The only downside of our stay was the viscous Mosquitos. If you are prone to being bitten you will need insect repellent on night and day."

"Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl."

"Il Frutetto ('the orchard') was an absolute joy. John and Sue were consummate hosts–funny, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable. The views are stunning from all directions. The estate is well laid-out, with a very functional and well-stocked kitchen, and the pool and decks were a true luxury. Know that it is a bit out in the country, so a drive is required to get to sights and shopping. "Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!"

"Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave."

"We had an amazing time in Carlo's villa as a family of 11 adults. It has lots of facilities to make for a relaxing week. The rooms were very comfortable. Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week. He is an exceptionally talented cook and was very accommodating of our varied preferences across the group. We hope very much to return one day :-)"

"Wir waren im Sommer 2023 in der Villa dei Ciliegi. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten und vor allem der Pool, der größer als erwartet war, sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, gerade mein Essen auf der Terrasse haben wir ihn genossen. "An absolutely amazing experience to stay in a Castle is beautiful surrounds. The restoration of the 11th century castle is incredible. Step stone walkway leads up to the entrance. Francesco was a wonderful host and we had a few laughs with translation oh for technology, son Matteo was very warm and knowledgeable as we explored all the rooms of the castle.
