We had a long check in process due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to assign a room that is completely different than that we booked. English language is an issue with everyone in Turkey i guess. I had a call with the owner so we get the room we booked. Yet the room was not clean. "

Everything smells like cigarettes. Worst of all, the beds are full of bugs that bite and drink blood.
