"This hotel got everything right. Made my winter holiday with my family a great memory. Rooms were spacious and nice, views were amazing, easy access to ski lifts, wonderful breakfast buffet, outdoor hot tub pool, and best of all dogs with puppies for the kids to play with. Definitely visiting next year though i do wish they make more budget friendly shuttle services available to New Gudauri."

Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs.
