About this space
Velera is located in the Diamante area, known as the largest area of Acapulco. It is located a few meters from the shopping island Sho-pping Village, golf courses and a few minutes from Acapulco International Airport. Within Velera you have:
Coworking area, Gym, Restaurant, Playground, Jacuzzi, Sky Pool, Infinity Pool, Spa, Cinema Area, Large Gardens, Beach Club, Tennis Courts, Snack Bar, Yoga Area

Check-in
- Visitor arrival time, indicating the name, surname and identification of the group leader.
-On arrival, the tenant must provide in cash the amount of $5,000 (Five Thousand pesos 00/100 MN) to the administration, as a security deposit, in order that the regulations are complied with and there is a healthy coexistence providing greater security for the condominium and owner.
- Regular check-in times must be the same as for the administration, i.e. from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Sunday.
- In the booth, access will be authorized after review of the official identification of the group leader and he will be driven with RV (lobby of basement 1, outside the spa), where the number of people who enter and their names will be verified according to the guest letter that has been
sent previously. Adults must be identified.
You will be given the parking card and will indicate the place where you must park, emphasizing the number of places you can occupy (depending on the department) and warning of the prohibition to occupy places other than those assigned. In the event of occupying a wrong or unassigned parking space, a warning will be issued
the tenant/visitor, and in the event of a repeat offense a fine of $2,500 will be applied.
- They will be informed of the route to be followed to reach the apartment, will provide keys to the same (if so authorized by the owner) and will also be informed of the common areas with the delivery of an electronic map with indications and guidelines.
- Inform visitors of the number of loungers or awnings to which they will be entitled so that there will be no problem with the Velera staff.
- It will inform that the reservation of areas such as toy library, cinema, gym and paddle by the tenant will be made through the RV module.
Check-out
- The tenant must go with the RV, who will be in charge of verifying that there are no outstanding fines or any other charge.
- RV staff will be in charge of verifying that there is no fine, in case there is any outstanding charge it will be deducted from the security deposit for which the tenant will sign acceptance of said charges or, where appropriate, the receipt of the full deposit.
- RV staff will hand in exit pass.
- The regular check out time is the same as the check in time.
