Worst experience ever

This was the worst experience I had in Acapulco. Our host promised to change the beddings and linens every 3 days and he didn’t. There was no tissue paper. I won’t recommend this place ever. The building is in very bad conditions. It makes it an ugly place to stay. Staff in the hotel was nice.

El lugar está muy bien, la vista es muy bonita y hay muchos lugares cerca donde comer o salir a divertirse, el único problema que tuve fue que la cama tenía restos de animalitos y daban mucha comezón, es algo que se puede resolver pero en general estuvo muy bien el lugar

The communication in this place is terrible they called to confirm l said I would arrive at 9pm I called the number who reached out to me when I arrived cause the person at reception said they would reach out and no one did. Then the reception claim to have no record and would allow me to stay at a higher rate I declined. The first time I stayed there it was without power or water in the room for two days. Would not recommend.

El lugar no cumplió con mis expectativas, no es como lo muestran en fotografías, el mobiliario está ya muy desgastado y necesitan una renovación urgente; la parrilla de la cocineta y el refrigerador estaban sucios y dan mal aspecto; en el baño hay mucho salitre, y hasta encontramos varios "animalitos" rondando en la tina. En mi estancia, q fue de 3 días nunca hicieron limpieza a la habitación. El servicio de estacionamiento es un verdadero caos, tardan hasta 1 hra para entregar los autos. Incluso para salir y hacer el check-out fue un caos.

La habitacion con vista al mar super bien lo unico que no me agrado fue que la limpieza solo fue barrer la habitacion sin cambio de sabanas pero fuera de eso esta bien el hotel

No hay seriedad en la reservacion

No vuelvo a reservar en hoteles. Com ya que no respetan las reservaciones y se lavan las manos comentando que son politicas de los hoteles, sin importar la situacion de estar con mi familia afuera del hotel

Lo rescatable la alberca la playa y la atención de algunos de los empleados, lo pesimo es tardanza en recepción, nula limpieza, ademas se meten para recoger basura sin avisar y uno confiado a que no se van a meter y deja uno las pertenencias pues no hay resguardo
