「Moncton is a regional capital. Half a dozen downtown blocks with some interesting restaurants. Ice arena at the west end of town, and a pleasant river promenade along the south. The Bower properties have proved a good and reliable way to stay downtown for extended periods while avoiding the rather ordinary chain hotels.」
