"建物の外観は古く感じられますが、内装はリフォームされており清潔でした。外国のコンドミニアムのように生活に必要なものは全て揃っており、不便は感じませんでした。 私が宿泊した部屋は南側と東側にも窓があり、遮光カーテンを開けると早朝から眩しいほどの日射がありました。今回の滞在で13泊した最後の方には、これまでの人生で朝日をいっぱいに浴びて生活した経験はなく、北海道の雄大さを感じられる贅沢な時間が名残惜しいくらいでした。 JR千歳駅に徒歩３分程度の距離であるため、あらゆるニーズで利用できる宿泊施設だと思います。"

"部屋がとても快適でした。子連れでしたが、家のようにくつろげて喜んでいました。予約した建物と玄関に書いてある建物の名前が違った為少し戸惑いましたが、無事チェックイン出来て良かったです。また近くにコンビニあり、お刺身の美味しい居酒屋ありで大満足でした。"
