「スタッフの方々がとても親切で、助かりました。荷物を預けに9時頃寄ったらアーリーチェックインに対応してくれました。空き状況にはよると思うのですが、長いフライトのあとだったので気遣いがとても嬉しく、おかげで散策前に少しゆっくり出来ました。移動においてバスや電車を使おうとすると坂が多いので大変ですが、タクシーを使う分には問題ないかと思います。」

「Property is good, conveniently situated. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable exept for the bed. The bed was 2 single persons bed joint. The problem there was a small hole in the middle very uncomfortable. The mistake I did was not to ask for a double bed instead.」

「とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 特にサウナと貸切の屋内プールが良かったです。 部屋から見える街並みはとても素敵でした。 5泊しましたが、部屋にキッチンや洗濯機＆乾燥機があったため、長期滞在でも安心です。 ホテルの敷地内にスーパーがあり、便利でした。 スタッフもとても親切に対応していただきました。 観光地までは距離があるためバスであれば乗り継ぎが必要です。時間指定ではありますが、ホテルの無料シャトルバスを利用することもできます。 （ホテルに否はないですが、公共交通機関のバスは頻繁に遅れます。30分以上遅れることもしばしばあるため時間には余裕をもった方が良いです。）」

「部屋に外が見える部屋がなく、昼間でも電気がないと暗かった。ポーターはとても親切だった。ただレセプションは電話での語気が強く、対応が丁寧でいないと感じた。またチェックアウト時にポーターの方が帰りの空港までのタクシーを手配するようレセプションの男性に頼んでくれたが、約束していた時間にホテルに戻ってもタクシーは用意されたおらず、レセプションに聞いてもタクシーのことなんて聞いていない、あなたがタクシーを頼んでいたことなんて知らないし記録もないとしらばっくれられた。ポーターの方たちがとても親切だっただけにレセプションの残念さが際立った。」
