"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

Parking can be tricky but in four nights we managed to find a spot without too much trouble, just expect to park several blocks away for an unrestricted spot. "We were moved to a different property- the host said there had been issues with properties. The new apartment was nice but there were guests staying in the property we booked and we weren’t given the choice to stay there. Coffee making facilities were poor - instant sachets and no cafetière or coffee pod machine. There were bath towels but no hand towels and no instructions about heating etc. I also had to walk over to the main hotel to get the Wi-Fi code as that message wasn’t responded...

"The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return."
