「Hugely enjoyable as always」

「All together a lovely place to stay with very welcoming hosts. thank you very much.」

「Stayed at this hotel」

「Room was freezing upon arrival and never really heated up despite adjusting in room temperature controls. On previous stay had opposite issue where room was too hot and couldn’t cool it sufficiently. Overall seems like the HVAC system is not working properly.」
