This property is designed for someone without a car. We had to park at the train station. Tried to contact them and crickets. Wasted 1.5 hours messing with parking.

Great central accomodation

Excellent accomosation, well presented & some nice touches with the provisions left. Entrance & common areas a bit shabby but the accomodation itself was extremely nice. Just off Union Steet, so dead central, parking outside & assume is available if necessary but I didn't have a car. Would definitely stay again on my next visit.

Best to avoid.

The place is central: parking is sparse and expensive. Very very small. Needs a bit of care - paint and new carpets etc would be good. Also it was not clean; the carpet in the bedroom was filthy and full of hair. The bedding was horrible; I went out and bought my own. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The washing machine does not work. The hallway and staircase is dingy and dirty. WiFi is decent, and if you are just wanting simple and cheap this is ok but there are far better options close by. I won’t stay here again unless it has had a complete overhaul.

This was perfect for a couple of nights in Aberdeen. Very central with everything walkable. Clean and comfortable. Very grateful for the filter coffee and for the washer dryer. Would definitely stay here again

Handy attic apartment

Handy attic apartment. 1st night was cold, had to turn on heating and close doors (kitchen window doesn't shut fully). Ok on next nights after that. WiFi password didn't work. Host never replied to queries requesting the correct one.

Suitable for what we needed

We were staying one night for a local competition. Managed to get parked but the car park was very tight. Back door was wedged open so not too sure about security here. The hallway needs cleaned up a lot, it does not give a good impression. Once into the apartment we were pleasently surprised, it was modern and clean and was more than suitable for the overnight stay. The apartment was freezing though and only electric heaters for high ceiling rooms takes ages to heat up. Lovely big old fashioned sash windows with really poor noise and insulating performance, could do with curtains or internal shutters. Kitchen was small but well designed and we were able to cook our meals easily. Only 2 forks for 3 of us and no freezer compartment in the fridge. We slept well and access / exit was all very straightforward. Shower is low pressure and the shower head is very loose on the wall. Would stay again for a night but maybe would not stay longer than this for us.

Clean modern apartment. Parking at the back was great though best for smaller cars. Location an easy walk of union Square and city centre. We didn't get the check-in instructions but a quick phone call and this was easily sorted. Good customer service. The apartment was compact but warm and comfortable. It is a traditional building with single glazing so not much sound insulation in case this is something that bothers you. Good value.

Woken at 7:50 by window cleaners. Shower unusable as it went from very hot to cold without adjusting. Reception area and stairs to the room dirty and scruffy

Easter weekend stay

Found that the Crown Central Apartments was exactly what we required. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our trip. The apartment is in an excellent location for the centre of Aberdeen and has good parking at the rear of the apartments

Die Crown Central Apartments sind relativ zentral gelegen, die Union Street mit ihren Geschäften und Restaurants zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Das Bad und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich klein und nur mit Queen beds ausgestattet, nur in einem Schlafzimmer ist ein kleiner Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Es gibt keinerlei Kommoden oder Kleiderhaken. Die fensterlose Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten an (zwei sehr kleinen) Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck (4 Sets) ausgestattet und verfügt neben einem Herd mit Backofen auch über einen Kühlschrank (leider ohne Gefrierfach), Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und enthält auch einen (Eß-)Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Internetverbindung (WiFi) war gut. Check in und Check out erfolgt selbständig (Schlüssel in lockbox), ohne Kontakt zum Vermieter (die erforderlichen Informationen werden am Vortag per Mail zugesandt).

Poor

We are tradesmen and generally accept any condition but this place is poor dirty and uncomfortable- we had 4 nights booked stayed just 1 then travelled next 4 days 200 mile round trip as less traumatic than staying at this place
