Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms, plus a bunk bed on the landing, provide plenty of space for everyone.
Heated hot tub with a view The hot tub is situated in a unique spot with an unobstructed view of vast green polders. Thanks to the unobstructed views, you can see all the way to Amsterdam on the horizon—a rare combination of nature and city life.

Guest Access During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire 7-hectare estate. The villa is private and is not shared with other guests.

Parties, additional guests, and loudspeakers are prohibited. To ensure peace and quiet for everyone, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
You may use the hot tub and barbecue at your own risk. We ask that you leave them clean and tidy after use.
The cleaning fee covers a standard final cleaning. Please leave the unit swept and clean. Any unreported damage and additional costs will be charged to you.
