"Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing.
The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast every day was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The omelet station was a highlight, along with fresh fruit selections, a variety of hot dishes, and fluffy pancakes made fresh upon request. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable.
What really made this stay special was the staff. Every single team member — from the front desk and restaurant staff to security and transportation personnel — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The hotel amenities were great as well, including a full bar, gym, and a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing after island tours.
Overall, Charlie’s El Nido is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido!

"Be prepared to walk lots of steps. 294 steps from the restaurant to my room (Love triangle). The first night the lights on the stairway were not working. I used my phone flashlight to navigate the steps. The room had a spiral staircase with no safety railing. Not safe at all. The view was spectacular, unfortunately the windows were dirty. I wish the place where we stayed had a full length mirror as well. Also, take note, if you go to the restaurant for your meals, expect a 30 minute wait just for the drinks to come out and an hour for the meal. Also the wifi is awful."
"Amazing pool and hotel, but bathroom was average and smelt of mould, which is a shame as it’s an amazing hotel otherwise. Food is average/reasonable."
"This place is top notch. Amazing rooms, clean, very nice staff, beautiful swim pool, great beach, good food! What else do you need. Definitely will stay here again when I visit."
"Good stay thank you.
Food from the restaurant was very inconsistent. Either perfectly hot and delicious or stone cold and gross. Also took a very long time to arrive with meals forgotten often."
"This was my first stay at Lime Resort El Nido. The view from the hotel is magical. The sunsets are some of the best I have ever seen. That was the only good thing about our stay. We where booked into a nice room with a great water front view but it was so hot and the AC did not work. They up graded us to there top rooms with the same great view but the room was dirty. I walked from the entrance to the balcony with bare feet that went black from dirty floor. The shower leaks all over the bathroom as the cracks in the door let the shower water leak all over it. Then, the problem with lighting, in the middle of the night the lights will turn on for no reason. Told the front desk and a maintenance guy came and fixed it our last night out of 5 nights. Now for the food and beverage department....being a restaurant owner and running major hotel kitchens over my career I can say this is one of the most poorly run food and beverage departments. Breakfast is not up to standard for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Cheap brands of meats, juices and same fruits every day. The only good one was the egg station where the 2 guys where great. This could be a really spectacular property if the upper management took some pride in what they have here. This is not a cheap hotel to stay at. So it should be run with some pride. Most of the employees are friendly but need some leadership to bring it up to where it should be. If, it doesn't improve, t will fail. I will not recommend this hotel in El Nido."
"The perch was not what we expected. While the view was incredible that I guess is what you are paying for. For the price we paid we expected much more. The staff was very very friendly so we do appreciate that. We didn’t appreciate that transfer from airport was an extra charge as most places at that price point do include this. Checking in we recognized that the pool advertised is a plunge pool and not the cleanest pool. The welcome drink was lemonade that tasted like crystal light. The bar menu for somewhere so isolated was also SO minimal. There were only about 3 cocktail options so staying at the pool wasn’t as enjoyable. We got to the villa and while it was extremely spacious it just looked not as nice as the pictures. We noticed that we found a larvae and spider in the freshly changed sheets. When we asked about getting them changed the housekeeper was like it’s just this little spider? But then changed the sheets after insisting. When we asked to checkout and get refund they refused. The bathroom periodically smelled like sewage as well. Also we are right by the zip line, which was convenient and incredibly fun, but could hear the people yelling all day. I will say the breakfast was delicious and nicely sized portions. We ended up leaving a night early and didn’t get a refund for that."
"The views are beautiful and staff were helpful and attentive. A couple things to consider, there are a lot of stairs depending on what room you stay. The rooms were not clean. The beach is also more than a minute walk. "
"Good location at Corong-Corong. Nice pool and the breakfast was good. We had the Large Family Room, which was great for our family of 4. Nice view and beach."
