Great location when visiting Aalborg. Breakfast and the room was nice. The only two issues we had was, there was a lot of dirty plates and cups among the clean ones at breakfast. Not misplaced just not properly cleaned. Second one is that on Saturday night there was a party at the hotel and the noise from it was terrible and ruined that nights sleep.

Over all - to the price - nice and cozy

Really great breakfast buffet. The hotel is old and a bit rusty 😉 but cozy. I had a nice room, spacious and nice beds. The bathroom was rusty, the drain was broken, so both mornings- the water from the shower, came up from the drain. The cleaning lacked a bit.

No cleaning done unless you ask for it; TV useless

Our TV did not work properly, often the image was like a puzzle and the remote control only worked sometimes... I was surprised that no cleaning was done unless we specifically put the sign on the door to 'Please clean'. I would expect from a 4* hotel that cleaning was done, unless I asked them not to do it. I had not found the sign in the bottom of the wardrobe, so had put no sign outside and no bed was done, no towels changed during our 3 days' stay. Much noise from the main street, as we had to keep our window open during the night due to the heat.

Albergo in posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro della città. Le stanze sono un po' datate e non vengono riordinate tutti i giorni. Ottima la colazione e gentilissimo il personale. Andrebbe considerato come un buon 3 stelle, ma non ha le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle.

Hotellet er af ældre dato, hvilket kan ses. Værelset var stort med en god seng. Dog er der ikke nok shampoo og dusch når værelset ikke gøres rent. Fjernbetjening til tv virker ikke helt. Dog god morgenmad på hotellet.

Godt, men lidt mangler.

Jeg overnattede, da det var varmt, og det var også varmt og lugtede indelukket, da jeg kom. Blev lidt bedre efter åbning af vinduet. Ikke særlig miljøvenligt, at vandet skal løbe længe inden det bliver varmt. Der var et bryllup på stedet, hvor jeg fik rykket mit værelse væk fra festlighederne, hvilket var skønt!

Skøn overnatning i hjertet af Aalborg

Vi havde booket en enkelt overnatning på Helnan Phønix Hotel i Aalborg i forbindelse med koncert i byen. Vi blev mødt af venlig og imødekommende betjening lige fra check-in til check-out. Pænt, rummeligt og enkelt dobbeltværelse med fint bad og toilet - samt altan. Gode og behagelige senge. Morgenmads buffeten var lækker med en fin variation af pålæg, ost, marmelader, frugt og brød. Eneste kritik punkt er, at ventetiden ved kaffemaskinen / juice dispenser var lang pga. mange mennesker. Måske skulle man anskaffe sig en automat mere, således ventetiden blev kortere. Ellers er der intet at sætte en finger på i forbindelse med vores ophold, og vi kommer gerne igen.
