"Incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet floor had huge stains, the mattress was filthy, the bathroom towels had been used and not washed. The desk and dresser were sticky and actually had a layer of visible dust/dirt on them. I was so grossed out, that I didn’t even want to sit down. I was in a smoke free room, but had neighbors on both sides of me, who would smoke frequently in the hallway so I had to smell cigarette smoke all night. The last straw for me was the fire alarm going off at 4am. I ended up leaving the hotel, and sleeping in my car for a few hours. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. "
